Terms of Service

The service

Nico is a GTM-engineering assistant that helps you work with your go-to-market data and tools through an AI interface, across the web, desktop, and iOS apps. We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Nico, and you may not use it for unlawful purposes.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

Your content and connected services

You retain ownership of the content you submit and the data in the services you connect. You grant us the permission needed to process that content and data solely to provide the service to you — for example, to answer a request or run an automation you set up.

When you connect a third-party service, your use of that service remains subject to that provider's own terms. You are responsible for having the right to connect it and for the actions you direct Nico to take with it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Nico to violate the law, infringe others' rights, send unsolicited messages in violation of applicable rules, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. Actions that send messages, create records, or otherwise change your connected systems are gated behind explicit approval — you are responsible for the actions you approve.

AI output

Nico generates responses using AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Output is provided for your assistance and is not professional advice. Review important results — especially anything that will contact a person or change a record — before you rely on or approve it.

Plans and billing

Nico offers a free tier and paid plans. Plan purchases and changes are made through the Nico web and desktop apps and are subject to the pricing shown there at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance for the applicable period and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Macrodeep is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
